It really isn't about Fox News. It is someone trying to steal your information or get you to install their insidious software. See the really random letters in the link? That means very bad news if you follow it.

Don't click the link... Don't copy it and paste it into your browser either.

Do let your friend know you got a phony, phish, phishing, spammy, spam e-mail from them and ask them to kindly change their passwords. Also, nicely recommend that they scan their computers for Spyware, Malware, and Viruses.
